Dashboards in WorksOS are project specific. Any dashboards you create, along with their filters and widget configurations, apply only to the current project.
Add, Edit, Share, and Delete Dashboards
To manage dashboards:
Click the More (⋮) menu in the upper-right corner.
Select Dashboard.
Choose one of the following options:
Edit
Update the dashboards:
Name
Description
Share
Share the dashboard with other users who have access to the same project.
Delete
Permanently remove the dashboard.
Note: Deleted dashboards cannot be restored. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.
Add
Create a new dashboard by:
Starting with a blank dashboard
Including Work Completed and/or Work Remaining widgets
Choosing small or large widget sizes
Creating a copy of an existing dashboard and modifying it to suit your requirements
Dashboard Sharing
Within a project, some information is available to all project users by default, while other items can be shared as needed.

Share a Dashboard with Colleagues
Custom dashboards can be shared with other users who have access to the same WorksOS project.
Create a Shareable Dashboard
Select More > Dashboard > Add.
Create or configure the dashboard with the required widgets and filters.
Select More > Dashboard > Edit.
Enter a clear and descriptive name that will help other users identify the dashboard when it is shared.
Important: Once a dashboard has been shared, only the original creator can modify its name.
Working with a Shared Dashboard
When you receive a shared dashboard, you can:
View the dashboard
Use the dashboard filters
Modify the widget layout and configuration for your own use
Shared dashboards provide an easy way to standardise reporting and ensure project teams are viewing the same key project information.
