Dashboard widgets provide quick visibility into project progress and remaining work. You can add multiple widgets to a dashboard and configure each one independently using filters and display settings.
Add a Widget
Open the Dashboard screen.
Click the Add (+) icon in the lower-right corner.
In the Add Widgets panel, select one or more of the following widget types:
Work Completed
Work Remaining
Choose the preferred widget size.
Click Add.
You can add multiple widgets to a dashboard to monitor different aspects of the project.
Available Widget Types
Work Completed
Displays the volume of work completed during a selected period by comparing the earliest available ground surface with the most recent surface.
Results are displayed in:
Cubic metres (m³), or
Cubic yards (yd³)
Work Remaining
Displays the volume of work still required to reach the design surface by comparing:
The latest available surface (or current in-progress surface), and
The selected design surface
Results are displayed in:
Cubic metres (m³), or
Cubic yards (yd³)
Customize a Widget
Each widget can be individually configured to display specific information.
Click the More (⋮) menu in the upper-right corner of the widget.
Select Customize.
Modify any of the following settings:
Widget type
Widget name
Description
Widget size
Apply the changes when complete.
Reorder Widgets
To change the layout of widgets on a dashboard:
Click the More (⋮) menu in the Actions bar.
Select Reorder Widgets.
Drag and drop widgets into the desired order.
Save your changes.
Manage Multiple Dashboards
You can create multiple dashboards to monitor different areas, phases, or reporting periods within a project.
Create or Delete a Dashboard
Select More (⋮).
Choose Dashboard.
Select:
Add Dashboard to create a new dashboard, or
Delete Dashboard to remove an existing dashboard.
Common Dashboard Examples
Create separate dashboards to track:
Different construction phases such as excavation, grading, or compaction
Different areas of the site
Different date ranges or reporting periods
Different teams, activities, or project objectives
Reorder Dashboards
To change the display order of dashboards:
Select More (⋮).
Choose Reorder Dashboards.
Drag and drop dashboards into the preferred order.
Configure Dashboard and Widget Filters
Filters allow you to focus on specific project data and customise what each widget displays.
Open the dashboard.
Click the Widget Filters icon at the top of a widget.
Expand and configure:
Dashboard Filters (affect all widgets on the dashboard)
Widget Filters (affect only the selected widget)
Select Apply to update the results.
Tip
Click any widget to open the Map view and display the filtered data spatially within the project.
Monitor Progress Throughout the Project
As construction progresses, regularly review:
Work Completed
Work Remaining
When new machine productivity data (.tag files) is processed, relevant dashboard widgets update automatically, providing an up-to-date view of project progress and performance.
