LandXML Support
LandXML files can be imported when creating a new design in Siteworks by selecting the LandXML file as the Design File source.
When imported:
Siteworks automatically converts the LandXML file into a VCL file.
The converted VCL file is then used by Siteworks for field operations.
A copy of the original LandXML file is stored in the Design folder alongside the converted VCL file.
Note: LandXML support was introduced in Siteworks v1.44.
Version-Specific Format Support
JXL support for Site Calibration files was added in Siteworks v1.70.
PRO file support for Android devices was added in Siteworks v1.72.
Important
When sharing design files between office and field teams, ensure the file format is supported by the Siteworks version installed on the device to avoid import issues.
