The Settings menu gives you control over how your project is set up and displayed. It’s where you can adjust system preferences, measurement settings, and customise the way information is shown in the field.
To access it, go to the Home menu and tap Settings.
What you can do in this menu
System Information
Check your software version, active modules, and licence details. You can also change the display language.Display Settings
Customise how your screen looks in measure mode, design view, and map layers. Adjust viewing direction and choose which panels are visible.You can also access this directly from the main map screen.
eBubble Settings
Calibrate the eBubble and adjust sensitivity and tolerance levels (available on IMU-enabled receivers such as SPS986 and R780).Measurement Modes
Switch between different modes depending on how you’re working:- Standing
- Walking
- Vehicle
- Static
- EZ Level
Information Display
Choose what data appears in the information bar and panels to suit your workflow.Measurement Settings
Fine-tune how measurements are taken, including:- Default point input (name or code)
- Offsets
- Tolerance limits (above/below)
Stakeout Settings
Configure how stakeout is performed, including:- Horizontal tolerance
- Marking method
- Stake length
- Cut/fill intervals
- Station mode (fixed or random)
Corridor Stakeout Settings (Roading module required)
Set preferences for road and corridor work, such as:- Station intervals
- Auto-advance
- Tangent points
- Subgrade offsets
- Guidelines and display options
Surface Settings
Adjust surface offsets and choose:- Offset type (vertical or perpendicular)
- Offset direction (above or below)
Secondary Surface Settings
Configure how a second surface is used and displayed in your project.Reference Line Setup
Select and manage reference lines used in your workflows.Avoidance Zones
Set tolerance limits for any exclusion or avoidance zones loaded into the project.Catch Point Settings
Configure how catch points are staked and measured.Total Station Settings (when connected)

Total Station Calibration
Run compensator and collimation adjustments to maintain accuracy.Units Display

Add your company logo and header details to exported PDF reports for a professional finish.
