Connecting VRS

Before setting up VRS, confirm you have a working internet connection and your VRS Subscription is currently active. Please see below link for Modem configuration. 

SNM94x Modem Configuration

1. Once inside the EarthWorks App select the Machine Setup tab

2. Then select the Black Square on the Correction Source line

3. Select the Advanced option at the bottom of the screen

4. Now Select +Add at the bottom of the screen

5. From here, input the details provide to you by your SITECH representative, into the below fields. 

For Example:

Name: VRS

Server: vrsnow.com.au

Port: 2101 

Username: DEMO

Password: DEMO

Confirm you have selected the right Correction Stream for the site you are working on. (check with your Survey team to confirm this option)

for example: 20_NEAREST_CMR_X

This will connect you to a MGA2020 mount point within the VRS Network

6. From here, you can confirm the connection but tapping on Save and checking the Status on the below screen is showing Connected and receiving data

7. You can now return the EarthWorks App by tapping on the Exit button on the bottom left of the screen

8. Your VRS subscription will now be available in the list under Correction Source
