The below guide has been created to provide the SITECH Support team with a diagnostic file.
In order to capture all the devices connected to the machine, insure the machine is powered on before proceeding. This process will require you to collect a 'ZSnap' from the machine interface.
Creating a ZSNAP
- Inside the 'Dashboard' of the machine select the 3 dots at the top right-hand side of the screen.
2. This will bring you to the below menu, Tap on the System Snapshot box.
3. The below window will appear on the screen, Select YES.
4. The next window will allow you to name the file that is being created. Name the file appropriately (example" TPP) then select APPLY.
5. This will now create a ZSnap and is saved to the machine.
USB Transfer of ZSNAP
- To transfer the ZSNAP to a USB, plug your USB thumb drive into the screen.
- You will see the below window. In the first drop down, select Export Files FROM Machine.
3. Now confirm the second drop box is USB and tap Next.
4. The next window will prompt you to select you USB Thumb Drive. Confirm this by tapping on the USB, on the left side of the menu (e.g. CONTROLLER). Now tap on SELECT at the bottom right side of the screen.
5. In the next window, select the Earthworks Data ticker box, then select Export.
6. If successful, the below screen will appear.
7. Remove the USB from the screen.
Sending a ZSNAP to SITECH
- Once the above has been completed, plug the USB into a Window computer and find the USB.
2. Follow the below file pathway to find the .diag and . Zsnap files. Send these two files to your SITECH representative.
