The status bar at the top right of the screen provides quick, real-time information about your system. This includes:
- Positioning status
- Battery levels
- Active measure mode
- Measurement type
The icons displayed will vary depending on whether you are using GNSS, a total station, or Integrated Survey.
GNSS Mode Icons
When using a GNSS receiver, the following icons are typically shown:
Radio Connection Status
Displays the connection to the base station.
- Shows how corrections are being received (e.g. radio, internet).
- Tap the icon
to open the Radio Information menu.
Satellite & Position Quality
Shows:
- Number of satellites being tracked
- Horizontal and vertical precision
Tap the icon to open the GNSS Status screen.
Additional info:
- Provides alignment feedback for receivers with tilt compensation enabled.
Battery Status
Displays the battery levels for:
- Controller
- Connected GNSS receiver
Design Notifications & Sync Status (v1.75 and later)
Indicates WorksManager notifications and sync status
- Appears when notifications are enabled
- Visible regardless of device type (GNSS, total station, or integrated survey)
Total Station Mode Icons
When connected to a total station, you will see the following:
Target Tracking Mode
Indicates the instrument is in tracking mode.
- Tap
to open the Total Station Control Panel
- A lock icon appears when tracking a prism
Standard Mode
Indicates the total station is in standard (non-tracking) mode.
- Access the control panel by tapping the icon
- A lock icon appears when locked onto a prism
Battery Status
Shows battery levels for:
- Controller
- Total station
Integrated Survey Mode
When using both GNSS and total station together:
Instrument Toggle Button
Allows you to switch between positioning instruments:
- Left position = GNSS
- Right position = Total Station
The slider highlights the currently active instrument.
